yes, it's a fabric flag banner -- really easy to make and pull out for all the birthdays. i copied it from bazillions of other blogs...not original, but still festive. the birthday ring is borrowed from someone else's blog too but the girls love it, especially the part when we light the candles. it's a new tradition we started last year to add to Bim's tradition of birthday cereal.
